Bumpy Week

What a bumpy week this has been, emotionally at least. Things are somewhat back to normal. We visited our angel yesterday. Our land is looking great and the neighborhood is growing. We saw several new homes built. Makes the itch of building start...perhaps a small little cabin? Like a 3 bedroom plus a loft? If we do an enclosed loft, it could be the master bedroom and master bath suite. Then two bedrooms downstairs w/eat-in kitchen & living. Sigh...keep dreaming.

The kids are so anxious to carve their pumpkins. We picked up two more pumpkins on Saturday morning. Seb accidentally broke the one pumpkin carving knife that we had. It was old...I think we've had it since before he was born, since Rick and I were carving halloween pumpkins in Colorado. Can't remember exactly, but I know it was old. Promised them today that after work we'll get our pumpkin artistry going.

Projects at work are picking up. School work is getting intense and I'm starting to fall behind. Need to seriously catch up as tomorrow starts the last week for this class. Hopefully, a perfect last week will mean a decent final course grade.

Gotta get to work now, before I get into trouble.
